Renovation Contractor Ottawa
AN Precision is a family-owned residential contractor serving Ottawa homeowners — a father-and-son team bringing careful planning, clean work, and clear communication to every project.
Our story
A father-and-son business.
AN Precision is a family business — literally a father and son working side by side. We started the company because too many Ottawa homeowners have the same story: a contractor who disappeared, a quote that doubled, or finish work that never quite lined up.
When your family name is on the van, there's no hiding. The person who quotes your project is the person on site running it — you get one point of contact, a written scope, and honest answers, including when the answer is that something isn't worth your money.
We focus on kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, cabinets, interior painting and finish carpentry. Small enough to be personal, serious enough to be reliable — and we treat every home like it belongs to family, because our reputation is the family's.
How we work
What you can count on
A number you can plan around
Every quote is fixed, written, and itemized before work starts — so your budget stays your budget.
The family that quotes it, runs it
No bouncing between salespeople and site supervisors. A father and son personally run every job from quote to cleanup.
Sites that stay livable
Floor protection, dust containment, and daily tidying because most of our clients are still living at home.
Details held to a standard
Gaps, lines, and finishes get checked against the name on the van, not just against the clock.
Honesty before the sale
If something won't work, isn't worth it, or should wait, we'll say so — even when it's easier not to.
Timelines that mean something
Realistic start dates, steady progress, and a heads-up when anything shifts.
